My name is Kara Brown and I am a floral designer in the mountains of western NC. I am the lead designer and co-owner of It Can Be Arranged Florist. I received my certificate of floral design in 2004 and have owned my own shop since 2007. Over the years, I have worked with hundreds of brides and love how each bride and each wedding is completely unique. I do my best to help brides find the perfect arrangements that will best reflect their unique tastes, all while keeping their needs and budgets in mind.
